NCR Ranger Doesn't upgrade to Veteran
I was playing as the ncr and i had levelled my desert rangers to level 5 but they didn't upgrade, any suggestions?

Actually my ranger upgrades to veteran which has 70 strength, but only name changes and it's own shape doesn't changes at all.

My Units never upgraded, the name and strength stayed the same

I can't even reach level five. I got to level three and the experience bar stopped at 30xp. May be an issue with the game or one of my other mods, but wanted to put it here anyway

once your unit gets to a max of 30xp it wont progress unless you're at war, its been like that since the start of civ 5
