There's a conspiracy theory alot of people in the U.S. Rust Belt that absolutely believe that one day, Uncle Sam is gonna kick their door in, confiscate everything, and relocate them along with 6 million other citizens to "civil centers" throughout the states to "disappear" (this theory exploded in popularity after the Ruby Ridge incident).
I'm unsure of how that would work in the world of ARMA 3, but... Eh... Just figured I'd bring it up for possible future inspiration;
A patriotic/nationalist faction that, as much as they love their country, see the current regime as a threat to their personal liberties and are worried about them being trespassed upon, and that tension only inflates as politics become more and more cutthroat.
It's not too much of a stretch from what's already happened IRL and for ARMA 3. To an extent, they kinda do have that in the ARMA main campaign with respectively different implementations.
