I am trying to use the following tag to make my indoor turrets load 20 units of rounds into them. I get an exception: "The method or operation is not implemented."

The tag is as follows [tim ammo:20]. I swear I did this with other inventory managers before. I honestly don't know if the mods I have need updated or if this is a vanilla issue with SE. I did not have any turrets setup before the last update to the stable branch. I was half expecting this to be reported already and that there would be a fix. So it makes me wonder if this is something to do with the mods I have. As far as I know, none of my mods replace the vanilla turrets.
