Some attachments cannot be used...
I've seen a bug where an attachment is keyed to the 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th slot but you cannot select any of the items from those slots, is this a bug or something confliction with CW 2.0 in general?

You have to bind slots

etc.

Yeah, you have to bind them with the console.
