If you're so concerned with female lords being bald, you could enable editing mode on the game's launcher, and give them hair.

I made a mod that fixes many things in the game. I fixed the bald women problem and made the parties on the operate more like other mods instead of just chasing the player. I can't easily fix the bridges and other problems in the mod. Here is a link: https://www.nexusmods.com/mbwarband/mods/6278
