What this command do and how? What bots can control tanks?

The default gmod bots can drive tanks and warships. You write 'bot' in console to spawn a bot, they count as real players though so you can't use them in Singleplayer.

Start local multiplayer because singleplayer only has one slot.

put it on an internet server and mash your keyboard for a password, fill out what you want and dont want and you're good to go
