CW2 has already been abandoned, no more updates.
Still works, but in a few updates the addon wont be compatible anymore.

Guys, a fan of the Addon has reuploaded a clean Base 1 of NeuroTec, that has been stripped of an advertisement that Gmod found, and prevented the use of it, that's why the addon didn't work.
