How do I load this up too Unturned
I subscribed it and I don't know how to put it on Unturned

You have to open unturned, go to singleplayer and it should be on the list of maps to the right.

is it possible to make a server for online play with this?
if so can you explain how? i can make a server for all the other maps but not Nacht Der Untoten.

To answer your guy's questions with the servers, if your friend is able to go to your house, or your able to go to his/her house, then all you have to do is set up a lan server.
