help i cant get the syringe
help i cant get it.
like i cant get it from the game i try to sub it to do it and i did what you said but i still i dont know how to get it so plz help me...

Yes,
to begin a new game will always works. If you play with cheats you can also try to type "iwant ZombieVirus.ZombieVirusSyringeWeapon" and the syringe should be added to your inventory
