Baby & juvenile dinos should be near other mature
Baby and juvenile dinos spawn in any location and have no protection. They should have some mature dinos around to protect them if attacked.

I'd like to disable to spending points on flying dinos too...

they are built into the base code for annunaki it is possible with proper coding but disable all babies to increase ammount of flyers would be around 100 lines of code that I dont have time to write for you. I would suggest google.
