Dino Spawn levels
Hello,

I have an issue at the moment.
I used to have a server on Ragnarok with Annunaki and some other mods, everything was working fine.
Then I decided to start a cluster with another The Island server. I copied the settings from the Ragnarok Server (not the files, just configured the server exactly the same) and even copied the game.ini since I have some character level cap lines in it.
Somehow on Ragnarok normal dinos spawn up to over level 300, on The Island I only see normal dinos with levels between about 0 and mostly 60, just a few with levels up to 150.
Is there any known issue about this and how can I fix it?
Would be great if I would not have to reinstall the server.

if you found a solution please tell me, I almost got the same problem. Main Server is Ragnarok and max lvl of dinos are 360, now I opened a crossark server with Aberration Map and toke the same settings as on ragnarok... tweaked the overridemaxlevel dino up to 12 but somehow ... some dinos are now over 1000 lvl but 80% of the other dinos are around 330~

I found out that you need different difficulty settings for different maps. For example if you have standard settings on Island the settings are:
DifficultyOffset=1.2857
OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.0
If you want the same Dino settings for Ragnarok it needs to be:
DifficultyOffset=1.0
OverrideOfficialDifficulty=5.0
Then the dino levels on the 2 servers are equal.
The second way works for most maps, Center, Ragnarok & Abberation as far as I know.
