Making weird color issues

and the tool gun seems to be bright than the other evocity maps

Do you have bloom enabled in your post process settings? You may need to adjust your atmos settings to include less bloom

Fix your post process filters. Also the fog controller isn't dynamic so it doesn't change the color of the fog at night so that is why that looks funny. You can spawn a fog controller SENT and change the colors so it blends more in with the night sky.
