On hit: bleeds for 2 seconds, each hit builds up how long the enemy will bleed for, maximum of 7 seconds (cannot be transferred to another enemy, hitting another enemy will only have them bleed for 2 seconds)
Right click: Throws it, hitting an enemy will have them bleed for 7 seconds. Has to wait 10 seconds to recharge but can be picked up again from throwing it.
