No, that would be a stupid idea. plus it's a non-weapon taunt. the only non-weapon taunt that kills is the rock paper scissors taunt, and that's a 50% chance that you die instead. Not to mention the fact that there is no logic that makes it look like you're killing someone. Demo sword swing? obviously the sword kills them. soldier kamikaze taunt? the grenade. Huntsman? Arrow. even the heavy's taunt kill is justified that he at least PRETENDS to shoot a gun.
