I had been very excited about this for about a week now, hoping it would be added to the Halloween update. Although it wasn't, can this at least be uploaded to mods.tf or somewhere similiar? I would love to at least be able to play with it

I second that. I often find items that were submitted to the workshop, only to not make it into the game for one reason or another, then becoming nothing more than a concept.

yeah I feel a lot of submissions should have mod link just in case they don't get added
