Awww how sweet xD Code is written on the grave - Back In The Mansion Chapter. I was thinking it's always the same but it's rng so you have to check it by urself.

I haven't unfortunately. I haven't played the map since then either but I could give it another try.

If you still need help, I was just going through this myself. There is a room at the far end of a long yellow halfway. The room is made up of concrete grey walls and a fire pit and in the corner a locked helmet key door. Pass that door there is a piano at the end of the room. Go to piano, fight tank that comes out of floor, then go down the hole the tank came from. In that hole is a grave, click on it and it will move, revealing the code you need.
