Help!
Sorry I know I'm gonna sound like a total N00B for this but I'm completely new to this stuff. How do I add this into my TF2 game? Or do we have to wait for it to be accepted into the game by Valve before we can get our mitts on it?

I mean that didn't actually answer my question at all so I'm assuming you mean I have to wait for it to be added to the game

In the TF2 workshop, you vote for an item to be added. if an item gets enough upvotes, then it'll be added in the next update if it fits the theme: so even if an item has an immense amount of upvotes it still might not be added until it fits the theme of an update.
