How do I download downloadable mod's for tf2

you have to download through the links in the description
there should be a tutorial on how to download it on that site

You can download them through the link i have put in the description and install the map file (.bsp) in steam/steamapps/common/teamfortress2/tf/maps and create a server (using the + button) and load the map from there.
