if you mean a hair down octoling right click on it go to sequence then do hair down1 or 2 then click ok or something

import then sequence

You must click the hair bones.

I was able to get rid of the hair and keep the eyebrows by shrinking the joint root bone in the hair(It shrinks all the tentacles at the same time)

Ok i have the same problem as them and can you explain how to do that a bit?
