This is not a bug, but because this character is very old. His artworks are from the time before the new character selection. Before it was necessary to include the name inside the portrait, which is the case for Glace's portrait as well. So the only way to "fix" this is to draw new art. But to be honest... right now i don't have the motivation to do so.
