Needs a taunt to come with it
"Fortress News, Channel 8"
Heavy pulls out a microphone and says something random into it.
The quotes might vary depending if something important just happened, like a control point or the intelligence was captured to a certain team, or if someone just got killed.
If we want to go with the "Someone just got killed" idea, it could always just slightly modify the MvM team death quotes, like "Red heavy is dead!" or something.

He just lays out a random full blown desk and says,
"Breaking News: "You are dead!" (OR) "I am big war hero!" (OR) "Sasha is credit to team." etc, etc."
Something like that :P

And like the Smissmas taunt with the table, Heavy flips it aside after hes done.
