Kill him, get his armor and return to the past with the portal in the jarl lakehouse

WITHOUT killing him. So is there any actual way to get down to the dome witout killing anyone?

How EXACTLY does one obtain the Immaculate Dwarven Armor from Rykas? WITHOUT killing him?

I actually figured out what to do, so I will explain it here.
***SPOILER ALERT***
You must kill Rykas and take his armor. Though this will trigger the Dwarven Law, you just go to the lakehouse and travel back before you kill him (like restarting the whole quest). If you need any of the other amor pieces, get those in the following locations:
Helmet: Underground tunnels by a corpse
Boots: House next to inn
Guantlents: Abandoned Palace
After you have all the amor pieces, go to the underground tunnels and traverse the area with radiation with the full immaculate set.

Or you could just open the console then click on him and type kill

J-Beast is right, you HAVE to break the law at least once in your playthrough.

I think im glitching, but every time i kill someone and break the law, then teleport back, it saiys quest failed and im stuck in the lakehouse room

where in the underground tunnels?

I don't usually necro post but I came here from Google and found out you have the option of talking to Metellus about your suspicions and luring rykas into three tunnels. It won't trigger the event.
