Habiq Ring both stages stuck. Help
Using commands have not helped me. I got the ring before receiving the quest, and now I have the quest to return the ring and the quest to access the tunnels. Thing is that I already did those things. Now, if I return the ring, those two quest never get marked as completed.

Late af but still same issue. I found out that if you drop the ring on the tunnel floor and pick it up again it counts as found there, but when you give it back to Habiq it doesn't complete
