Effect?
Is it like the bombinomicon when you die it blows up but with sandvich parts? or like the other discution its a new sandvich eating animation/effect

maybe when you die, a bunch of 'rotten' sandviches are used as the gibs, to distinguish them from normally dropped sandvich

Maybe when you eat a Sandvich (Or any other consumable lunch box items) the Omnomicon will do a chewing animation along with Heavy and you will see bits of food falling off it's mouth and maybe a death anymation when bits of the Sandvich parts fly out like letucce, ham, cheese, bologna and tomato slices.

But then because there isn't a such thing as a rotten sandvich (not item-wise) it might not make so much sense, but then someone could MAKE a rotten sandvich and put it up on the workship.
