Did you activate the mod?

I had this problem too. Seems like my Doge Prison mod was changing the shotgun texture, which prevented me from using this mod. I disabled it, and it worked fine. Disable any mod that changes the shotgun or armed guard.

The problem is that i want this mod working with military architect reload mods. The problem is that i can't choose, can this skin don't kind of "cancel" others skins of other staffs.
It even cancel the skins of furnishes and boxe?!!
