Enlightened won't spawn
They were working for a while, but now I can't get them to spawn in any of my games. I really want to play as them, but I just can't find them anywhere.

Also if I remember, I only once encountered a ship with over 1500 P. And it was HUGE.

Ah Yes that would be that one faction that is the biggest mess by far! Unbalanced (and that not in the fun way), anoying ship design (Im probably going to change them completly) and their spawn rate is a joke, but thats a problem with the way the current word generation is set up (another mess that needs to be fixed asap).

By annoying ship design do you mean invisible piercing lasers? Because I remember some shenanigans with that... Either that or some wierd damage aura that causies your core to combust.
