What does this have to do with Halloween?
The thumbnail clearly has a Halloween icon on it, but the hat dosen't look all that halloween-y.

Its because one of those peices of paper is the release date and ending story to HL3!!!! Scary right? :steammocking:

Its because valve are gonna pick the top items in the workshop to put in the hallowin event (they said they want to focus on invasion and the major update in the end of the year and leave the items and such to the commuinty)

Beacuse this is a trash can used by Gabe Newell. On the pieces of paper there are some TF2 hat designs, made by Newell.
And you never know, what hides inside of Gabe's mind...
