To me, thematically, dungeons are, logically, supposed to hold racial units that you 'free', not elementals and stuff.
EDIT: This should be fixed now. I accidently had the Deluxe edition DLC as 'required'.
I understand. Even in Vanilla though, Dungeons hold Gryphons, Trolls, Ogres and Yetis. Part of the overarching design ethos for this mod is to try to make unit reward structures give out more and different rewards. You already get racial tier units from a whole host of sources; from Vassal tribute, from quest rewards, from Inns, from your own cities and from most treasure sites on the map with any of the mind control abilities.
I'm mostly aiming to make a wider variety of units more available. Like Lesser Elementals are literally impossible to get unless you take Wild Magic Adept. Nightmares are flat out impossible for a player to get unless you get lucky with a Ghoul Strike. Fell Horses and Dread Monkeys need to be charmed etc.
