If something like that happens to me, the first thing I always do is to check if I set the model detail to high.

Unless it's set to high, this model doesn't work.

Go to your options, video options, advanced options (bottom right I think), and there you can change all your g-Mod settings.

Well i think the problem is there is no dx8 model.Due of a bug i can't make it, so try to use this startup command for your game: -dxlevel 90

it says unknown command. it has worked before tho

it's not a console command, it's a start up command. Rightclick to gmod go to properties and click "set startup settings" then type that command in "-dxlevel 90" (without "")
