I like it, so just out of curiosity as you fire the gun it get's louder but if you wait without firing it becomes silent again, am I right?

yh,the more you fire without silencer the longer you have to wait

and you have,say, 2 clips until it wears it out
it stays silenced for 2 clips and after that it just goes.

Besides custom sounds (ofc):

Pros:

+20% Damage
80% More accurate
Flashlight can detect cloaked spies when in sight (within 10 meters or so)
Crits cloaked spies (also in the process of cloaking and un-cloaking)

Cons:

No random critical hits
-50% Clip size
50% Slower firing speed
You're highlighted on the map when weapon is active (an outline visible throug walls)

pros:
Add the silencer durablity
decrease spread (with Silencer still intact)
Increase Damage (without silencer intact)
shooting behind other classes grant mini crit damage (w/wo silencer)

Cons:
Damage penalty -15 (with Silencer still intact)
Increase Spread (without Silencer)
slow firing speed -15

I'd say that I agree with this one the most, except make that an 8 magazine.
Also, do the surpressor trait, where the gunshot isn't heard by enemies while the surpressor is intact. The surpressor breaks after unloading 16 shots. Then, you have to wait for it to recharge. Recharge pauses when actively firing.

I'm not so sure though, it'll be like the Pretty Boy Pocket Pistol all over again, making the scout easier to kill .-.
