It would seem that it has trouble generating more than 11 zones, even with the radius set to 50 km, and the zone minimum and maximum set to the lowest settings. This occurs on Altis. I haven't tested other maps

on mine it cant make more than 4 at max every thing and smallest zones

There's a problem where the AI you can recruit for squads and the likes; you can't recruit marines even though they walk around and guard the HQ (and FOBs I think). It's a lot of fun to play as ODSTs and the Army, but it's nice to be able to play as a marine leading other marines. Hopefully this can get fixed.
