how do you take the round drum off the weapon?

Since it was never intended to be reloaded, you can't do that on the current model, sorry. I might fix it sometime in the future.

also make a feature where you can move the liquid canister because its blocking the iron sights

@bleh, if you only want the MP40 peice, can't you just use an MP40 model itself? Lol

Because most MP40 models don't fit TF2's artstyle. COD3's one would the only viable option (and it's never been exported to Source to my knowledge).
