It's not working for me ether... Something broke. I followed the instructions "Create a new character, and press 'N'." I spawned with a model; it specifically stated that there would be no model. Pressing 'N' still did nothing.

If this happens to you, try forcing the mod to be at the top of the active mods list... (That was likely my problem).

I think you need to suicide, then make a new character.... Strange, but I had to do the same.

There are commands that can give your new player ownership of things like "givetome" will give you the ownership of a dinosaur. "giveallstructure" will give you ownership of the targeted structure.
