you can, like, join another tribe willingly or invite ppl to your own. Can *roleplay* it as "I'll serve you if you provide me with those Sweet Cakes " (you can heal your self as herbivore with it)

i hear it's up to a player. they can knock you out and send a tribe invite, or if you're willing they can just ask anyway. you can ask for whatever from the player, if they're willing to get it and it's possible to get, if they really want you in the tribe that badly. Otherwise no one can tame you like a regular dinosaur without your consent.
