If its only Tipped Lid why not even more for certain class hats like soldier,demoman,scout, etc

think about it... try out Ground Control its a soldier hat its white hair with aviators why not do like a librarian and he pulls the aviators down to the end of his nose and looks.

another The Last Breath for Pyro maybe he pulls the oxygen plugin off and shoot out fire with the flame of his flamethrower.

one more is The Bonk Helmet (dont know the real name please comment real name) maybe he takes the straw and drinks from it and when he does it gives him the Bonk! Atomic Punch effect and he is un-touchable.
