Draconian Ascendent Elders
I wanted to ask why the draconian ascendent elders do not benefit from the racial upgrade that gives draconian flyers martial arts. Is it maybe because they have walking assigned aswell, before flying, which comes further down the list? Is this intentional?

It's because "Flier" is the name of the T3 unit. It doesn't refer to "Flying Draconians", otherwise it would apply to Draconian Succubi and Exalted as well, and it doesn't (at least, I don't think it does...)

If I'm wrong, and the RG upgrade does apply to Exalted/Succubi then obviously it shoudl apply to the Ascendents as well.

You are totally right, unfortunately I came to the same conclusion only today at work and felt pretty stupid. Sorry bout that!
