报告翻译问题
I'm sorry, it's not entirely possible yet with current workshop modding. In theory you can animate an action then use another button to trigger it. However you can not tie actions to animation or vice-versa.
Also, animating players is significantly harder then most of the modding you see on the workshop. It's a definite step up from what is currently being done in this mod. Not necessarily because it's harder to code, but harder to make look good.

So to recap: It's not possible to have an animation do an action such as 'arm photon torpedoes' but it is possible to make an animation that flips an imaginary switch then press another button on the hotbar that does the actual action of arming photon torpedoes(press 1 for animation, 2 for action).
