To run a server, download the map, place it in your /tf/maps folder, hit the + button next to the servers list and go from there. Happy mapping C:

You subscribe to the map, and navigate to /SteamApps/Workshop/Content/440. That should get you the exact file.

Or you can use the console command:
"map workshop/[Workshop ID]" - keep in mind I don't think 440 is the workshop ID for this map and you MAY end up somewhere... weird.
