Potential function - uber allows the target to keep moving after death.
After reading some of the responses on the main page I wanted to surmise with this:

When your target reaches 0 health, the uber will drain, keeping them alive. When uber reaches 0% or the medic and patient are disconnected the patient dies. In such a way a target can be kept alive for up to 20 seconds.

Gains uber charge by healing enemy players at double normal rate (kritz speed) - only it drains their health instead of giving it.

Does not build uber normally. Heals at normal rate.

the health loss bit could be used to troll, and because of this, the default would be more useful.

Health drain would be a little bit OP unless it had less range or something, however it would make medic go to the frontlines. Also, there might be a problem involving disguised spys. It could conflict.

Reanimation: Wearer cannot manually deploy uber. instead full uber will deploy when heal target dies.
this will trigger instant reanimation and gives the heal target 5 seconds of uber and crits. afterward heal target will die and medic will lose 50% health but will gain a 5 second speed boost

What about these stats:

+40% Ubercharge rate, but it deploys automatically when you reach 100%.
As a bonus, if you die while being healed by it, you respawn quicker.

Stats:

Medigun can go over 100% ubercharge (for example, 120% ubercharge)
Applies speed boost to you and target (same as Disciplinary Action effect.)
+25% Ubercharge rate
+20% speed on you and target when Ubercharged

Increased ubercharge decreases ubercharge buildup rate (-5% ubercharge rate for 10% of charge filled)
-60% Ubercharge rate when over 100% of ubercharge is accumulated (for example, ubercharge fills 60% slower when you reach 101% ubercharge)
-15% speed 3 seconds after Ubercharge (will not affect healing target)

On uber charge- medic becomes ubered for 5 seconds. Your medigun emits a pulse that will revive all dead players in 5 meters range around you. Revived players have minicrits, 30% damage resistance and speed boost for 5 seconds.
-25% ubercharge rate.

+ Medigun can uber and heal 2 patients
+ 1 has kritz 1 has Uber
- 20% slower uber build
- 20% slower heal

Plz comment and hopefully Valve adds this

I guess it should have something about giving ammo and repair buildings AND heal, making it a multi-role weapon! That of course making it a little bit less effective when used for healing and uber.

It is a bit OP, just UberCharge draining when patient gets to 0 health would be a useful and balanced function.

Medics don't do damage with the medigun, it's always been a healing thing and it should probably just stay that way, otherwise they never change weapons and turn into pyros running around spamming close-range damage.

Make it so that if you are holding down right click with AT LAST 25% uber or more, when your patient dies, he is instantly revived at the same percentage of health as you have percentage of uber. If you have 100% uber, when he dies, his health shoots up to 100% and the fight continues.

Heals at double the default medigun.
+Heals players below 50% health 200% faster.
+Uber allows healing target to instantly regain 50% health upon a killing blow.
-Heals players above 50% health 100% slower

target is healed for 50% less than stock but uber is built 25% quicker upon uber being deployed target upon death is instead alive for 5 seconds if this time limit is finished target is restored with 50 health however target takes increased damage when uber is over for 4 seconds
