Maybe the beam can keep the target at zero health for 10 sec, and when activating uber, it returns the percent of the uber is at of the patient's heal, plus the full health f the patient in overheal, so if the uber was at 50% and activated on a 0 health heavy, it would return 450 health to the heavy, 300 being the heavy's health, and half of that is 150, beng added to the original health.
