Also in Random Nations mode, you can still form Formable Countries (e.g. Cultural unions), but the nation id it forms as is generally already in use by a randomly generated nation, so for example in a game I played, the Form Al Andalusia required that Holland not exist and would change the nation to Holland.
Encountered two bugs in this version apparently the reformed religion is enabled from game start, but it has no access to the fervor mechanic. Protestantism and the reformation start seems to be fine.
The secound bug i encountered is that you cannot get rid of the early nation state modifier if i try to enable one of the two decisons nothing happens, eventhough my ruler fulfills the criteria.
