I'm in B42. I've tried to build a well, but it asks for a 'bucket' and in the game I can only find 'Empty Bucket', which doesn’t seem to work for construction. I’m not sure how to make a well.

I already have 9 empty buckets, but it keeps saying 'bucket 0/1'. If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it.
