Got the same problem

Me too :(
I have everything needed for building (hammer, nails, saw, even wielding mask and propane torch) but still the menu is not appearing

Having same issue on a server everyone else sees the menu option but me any solution yet?

I have the same problem, it appeared for a while and then disappeared... there probably must be another conflicting mod that causes more builds to disappear from the menu

Same thing happened to me, but i removed the mod from the save then re-added it, and that seemed to work for now. Maybe try that?

I mean it's not an issue, it says in Build Menu that it's incompatible with this one...

So you gotta choose one until it gets supported (but considering Build Menu development is stopped for now, it's unlikely)

Deleting and re-adding just makes it that this mod gets down the mod load order, so it's likely overwriting some things on build menu instead
