The files containing the French translations do not have the correct encoding. They must be encoded in 'Windows 1252' so that special characters and accents are displayed correctly in-game.

Here is the complete translation to be copied into the 'ContextMenu_EN.txt' and 'Tooltip_EN.txt' files with the 'Windows 1252' encoding (editable with most text editors)
