Having the same issue sadly. Do you want me to post logs? If so, where do I find them?

Edit: I found the fix to mine, it was odd. I took the mod off my mod list, reloaded, put it at the bottom and then the top, and reloaded twice to finally get it all working.

Logs are in %appdata%/SpaceEngineers/*.log, a log is created for every session in this format: SpaceEngineers_YYYYMMDD_HHmmss.log

It sounds like the usual steam/SE issue with download corruption tho, the proper way to force it to redownload is to close the game, unsubscribe, wait for steam to update SE workshop (which will delete the mod) then resubscribe.
