What am I doing wrong my drills inv won't show up in cockpit

Does the rest of the mod work?

Try resetting the bar's position in the config, either by removing the position line from the file or by going ingame in chat+F2, then toolbar and trigger the "Ship Tool Inventory Bar Position Reset".
