That text rendering is done by textAPI ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=758597413 ) - try some of the mods linked there to see if it's the textAPI itself or if it's my mod's fault in particular.

For example try https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=911144486 - you can write some chinese characters in an LCD and see if it shows them properly on HUD.

I have tried HudLcd. Same problem,so this should be the Text HUD API bug.
