Only way to load them would be to set everything up and looking nice and then saving the session to use as a template for future projects.
I built these such that anyone could arrange them however they please, creating their own personalized environments.

I realize now that I never really went through and updated the descriptions to explain it all.
'Core' is just the pack that contains all of the building models and some other useful props. I couldn't have everything in one package because it's too big to upload to workshop so I opted to just organize all the ponyville models into packs.
