After opening the game i cannot use this mod it's just working like a regular CKII and I don't know how to fix it.

What do you mean? You have it installed via Steam Workshop, tick mod's checkbox in launcher (Mods tab, "Modern Times"), and then you get regular CKII?

In main menu, what does it say as version number and 4-letter checksum on lower left of the screen?

When i start the game, it has fine maps until Vienna Congress. Since 1800's, there is some strange countries like "Pfalz".

jedroi420: You mean tiny countries in Germany? They're historical, Germany only united in 1871. They should have better names than "Pfalz", at least in English version. Could you upload a screenshot?

Yes in the ame launcher and its already installed, tried closing it and opening it again but that did nothing.

Hi there is this mod not compatible with any mods? I get to the Start gam screen and then it immediately crashes after loading

Hine Nui Te Po: Which mods did you try to use it with? The mod changes a lot, so if you try to mix it with another big mod, it wouldn't work.

Cosmetic mods, and many small mods might work.

Game crashes on "loading flags", no other mods, tried to delete the flags in the document, paradox directory but didn't work out.

Tsilliev: Any logs or anything else? That's not much information I could use.

After starting the game with the mod. The game loads and then turns off.
