i have to disagree with you there the thing about sniper is that he needs a piss every ten seconds when using the jarate.

but maybe it could be 20 seconds since this is larger

It looks like a great item, that's for sure, but I'm not a fan of the idea of you having to wait till you respawn to get it back. Why not make that like the razorback?

It defnitily should be able to respawn, how about you need to go the supply locker to get another one?

Snipers could easily exploit this item if they could walk up to a resupply, and refill their bag. (eugh.) Example.
Spies pursuing snipers will attempt to backstab them. However, with Urine Trouble, it will cover them in jarate, exposing the spy for a few seconds, causing them able to be mini crit. This could be exploited by using an item cabinet.
If used, they would refill their bag, making it impossible for the sniper to be backstabbed by any means, and the ALT ability would be able to soak the spy, even if they would use a gun.
(If they're close enough.)
Quick Edit: Also, this would be useful for spychecking, but you know how infuriating that would be? The range is like a rockets explosion area.

Agreed. It's kinda to good as not only do they get covered so you know were and who they were, but they're also very suseptible to damage and that's a very pwerful thing.

the razorback does the same thing exept it recharges by its self.

Don't remind me that this was 3 years ago, makes me feel old for some reason.

But just as a point of argument, the Sniper can constantly refil Jarate without needing to respawn or go to the resup cabinet. That's because his kidneys are 3 times as big as normal (or something like that, based on what I've read).
Maybe not constantly refil the Urine Trouble, but maybe at least allow it to happen once without the resupply cabinet. Only having one free recharge and other times having to go to the cabinet would actually make for a bit more defensive gameplay.

This item would be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmare to spys and would be basicly imposible to counter when you stab them it would be a big pain you wouldn't be able to cloak away bc covered of course you could just shoot them but sheesh
